Usually, a site visit is required to get an accurate valuation of business water usage and waste disposal. In most cases, our engineers will only need to inspect outside your boundaries with no disruption at all.
However, if we do need to inspect a point inside your premises, a site visit only takes a short amount of time and you’ll hardly know our professional investigators are even there!
All site visits are free - even we make no savings.
All you need to start a claim is a copy of a bill from your water company. We’ll also need your authority to act on your behalf. We send you the letter of authority for you to sign and return.
After that you don’t need to do anything, and we will handle the negotiations and keep you informed.
